Quality warranty

Scope:

This quality promise is just subject to all kinds of gasoline-chain-saw made by YONGKANG Tiger Hardware Co., Ltd ,under the scope of the prime components (see the attached Appendix).

Expiry:

1.1 year for DIY European and USA customers;

2.One week on the sold date for professional industrial purpose.

Content:

1.In the period of validity, Tiger tools will offer the costing price to maintain if the rate is within 5% per lot due to the prime components damaged.

2.In the period of validity,Tiger tools will accept to return or exchange the damaged goods if the rate is more than 5% due to the prime components damaged.

3.For the calculation of the rate, if there are more than one main parts damaged in one set, it is regarded one.

Exception:

It will be free of responsibility if it is not processed per the specification.

Appendix: (the prime components)

Crankcase, crankshaft, piston ,cylinder, carburetor, flywheel, oil pump, clutch assembly

The manual of gasoline tools

1, The user must read this manual carefully before operate this machine ,if the first starting this machine, make sure that the experienced person help operate this decreasing the dangerous rate.

2, The opeation must wear safety glove,shoes and safety hats. during the operation , the person who don''t operate this machine must keep awawy from the working occasions.

3, Prohibit taking pure gasoline oil as fule,for the tempurature will be vey higher resulting in products being damaged.

4, Gasoline chain saw should use the fuel which mixed by gasoline and engine oil.

5, When use the gasoline chain saw in the first 20 hours, the ratio of the fuel is: gasoline : engine oil=20:1.

6, When use the gasoline chain saw after 20 hours, the normal ratio of the fuel is: gasoline : engine oil=25:1.

7, New gasoline chain saw should be running-in1~2 hours with low speed before use it.

8, The engine oil is two strock FC grade professional engine oil and the No. of gasoline are 90# and 93#.

9, our gasoline chain saw appoint to use Mefu, Changcheng and Tongyi two stroke FC grade professional engine oil.

10, Use inferior gasoline and engine oil will damage the gasoline engine, oil seal and fuel tank.

11, Please use original guide bar and saw chain, in order to affect the cutting effect and the life of the machine.

12, The engine oil in the sump which to lubricate the guide bar and saw chain should use the cleaning engine oil, shouldn''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''t use the recovering engine oil, this may affect the cutting effect and using life of the guide bar and saw chain, even could caused the saw chain creak and endanger our safety.

13, In order to damage the machine prohibit to speed up or stop urgently.
